Each new version of Apple’s IOS has different restrictions in place to try and prevent compatibility with third part touch screens. Each restriction requires us to develop a new version of firmware to work around the constraints implemented by Apple. If you are running your touch screen from a Mac with a recent IOS you may experience issues with the touch functionality such as incorrect calibration or the touch function not working in certain areas. We recommend downgrading your operating system to OS X Yosemite 10.10 or any version of OS X Mavericks.
